Visited your show today and I was extremely impressed with the range of stock and the level of service. All the staff couldn't have been more helpful and really knew their stuff. As a result I left with everything I wanted. Will definitely be recommending you.

Having bought a bike for commuting, after 12 years off the road, I decided on a visit to Bike Stop, as this is my local and didn't fancy the treck over to Letchworth. How suprised I was, gone is the little store that used to have no floor space, and now we have 2 floors of luxurious confortable shopping space, air-con, and extremely helpful and professional staff. What is not in stock is ordered, and you are called a few days later. Bike Stop is known country wide, and because of the personal touch, it shines above the big boys. George

Dear BikeStop, I visited your shop on Saturday and felt compelled to write and say how impressed I was with your stock, shop and most of all staff. I wish I knew the girl's name who served me so that I could single her out for praise (pretty, short black hair, bubbly). Anyway, the table and chairs outside, the complimentary coffee and water were all wonderful. But as I say the friendly staff with their willingness to put up with sweaty bikers and clearly with excellent knowledge of the Dainese range (and other ranges) were what really made the visit a great experience. I have dealt with so many bike shops over the years where more often than not, it's as if they are doing you a favour by you buying something from them (grumpy, surly, spouting a load of nonsense about the product). So just wanted to say thanks. Politeness and friendly service seem to be a disappearing trait these days, so it's always nice to come across it once in a while. I'm, so far, very happy with my Puma boots and Dainese lid. I'm sure I'll be back when I need more kit! Kind regards, Ben

would just like to say, Bike Stop is very very Good. I called up a few days ago, spoke to a guy called Daniel about buying some dainese bottoms online-had a good chat and chuckle. From his outlook, I thought I would come up from london today and have a look round. I'm glad I did, beautiful shop, the greeting was welcoming, and the young guy that helped me (didn't catch his name-he had braces I think!) was very helpful, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic-especially for a sunday and it was 10mins till closing with motogp on the box!! Eventually I left with a Jacket and bottoms-very pleased with my purchase. I will no doubt recommend to fellow riders-everything about your store beats any in London!! Many thanks

I ordered a jacket from you recently, and asked for some advice on sizing, which Ashley sorted out for me. I was very pleased with the service, really friendly and informative, and the jacket is fantastic. Thank you very much.

I made a visit to your new store in Letchworth over the weekend, not that easy to find as it is it fact in the Honda car dealership but once there i must say it is well laid out with a good selection of products and well worth a visit. Great fresh filter coffee at the in store cafe and all the Honda motorcycles.I will be back nearer spring time to buy a bike and new bike gear. Thanks again to all your helpful staff, what a refreshing change from the usual local bike dealers in my area.

Just a quick Thank you! I ordered a Dainese key ring from your website on Tuesday for £5.99 (so I am hardly your most valued customer!) & agreed to the £4.99 posting charge. I did think the £4.99 was a bit high to send a key ring but I wanted the product, realised that it would be really difficult for you to have different charges for each item you sell & finally I knew from experience that you always deliver very quickly so didn\'t mind at all. I received the keyring yesterday & was really pleased to have received it so quickly but was even more impressed that I had only been charged £1 to deliver it! Of course a £4 saving is great but the fact that you changed something purely to benefit me (when I would have been more than happy with your service anyway!) is fantastic I will definately be using you more frequently (& spending more than £6 on a key ring!) Many thanks once again!

Popped into the shop today and bought myself the Colin Edwards 2006 blue Arai. Not only did they have it in stock and my size in stock (XS very rare) but the gentlemen who dealt with me couldn\'t have been any more helpful. He was not pushy at all and is was clear they obviously value their customers. Thanks Debs :)

I work for Bike Stop, so it seems a little strange to be posting on the guestbook, but I just wanted to publicly say thanks to JD and Jarv for being so understanding with my parental leave on the birth of my son, even after my relatively short time with the company. It\'s good to have employers who fully understand the need for a good work/life balance, and I want to make it clear how appreciated it is. Mrs Neg says thanks too. Cheers Neg

Thanks once again to Bike Stop - excellent courteous service from Neil, prompt delivery of sweatshirt for my soon-to-be biker son. Really like the website, find it very easy to use and well designed, but wish we lived nearer so we could visit.

I saw your adverts in a couple of bike mags and couldn\'t believe the bargains on Shark helmets, so I went to my local dealer, where they cost 50% more, made sure the fit was OK then ordered one off your website!

Thanks to all the staff on Sunday 24th for all your help and perserverance when I was looking to replace my Gortex jacket, which did not happen this time, but at least my partner Lindsay got a Trax leather, her sister Kay got a City Trax texttile and Kay\'s husband, Paul, a Gortex short jacket and I ended up with a Tec Wash. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Mike

I was employee no.1 at Bike Stop, about 22 years ago. I moved on a long time ago, but I\'m still Bike Stop\'s number 1 customer (or so I tell John anyway) and send all my mates there for the good discounts and rotten coffee. Keep up the good work.
