The Rukka Kemi trousers are 3L laminate pants designed for three-season touring, featuring level 2 D3O Air XTR armour, Cordura reinforcements, and optimal ventilation.
The Kemi represents Rukkas first foray into laminate clothing without the Gore-Tex branding, featuring their own proprietary waterproof technology. Constructed from A.W.S. PRO Motorsport, the Kemi boasts an incredibly stretchy and durable polyamide textile shell (96% Polyamide, 4% Elastane), bonded to a breathable, wind and waterproof 3-layer laminate membrane for protection against the elements as well as superior freedom of movement.
Reinforced with Rukka ArmaTech on the hips and knees, the Kemi ensures durability and longevity ride after ride. For impact protection, these Rukka trousers feature D3O Air XTR hip and knee/shin protectors (level 2).
In terms of comfort, the trousers utilize Rukka's innovative AirCushion system on the inside seat, which reduces condensation, acts as a climate buffer, and enhances comfort. Additionally, Antiglide Keprotec textile on the rear prevents sliding from your seat. Stretch panels on the crotch, inner thigh, and above and behind the knees increase mobility and comfort.
For warmer weather, the trousers sport an abundance of ventilation for direct airflow. Zippered vents at the shoulders, sides, and sleeves allow cool air to circulate and flush humidity out through the rear vents on the back.
The two exterior water-resistant pockets with zippers provide ample storage for your essentials. Ready for Rukka Defence & Comfort braces (sold separately), the trousers also feature an adjustable waist belt and bottom of the legs, a connection zip to enable you to convert your trousers and an accompanying Rukka jacket (including the Rukka Kemi Jacket) into a one-piece suit, and the hi-vis detailing improves rider visibility.
