How to Measure
It's easy to find the glove size to fit you. Measure the circumference of your hand in a loop as shown, at the widest part of your palm bringing the tape measure all the way round until it joins back at the beginning.
Sometimes it's useful to also measure your hand length. This is from the tip of your longest finger to the line where you hand joins your wrist - as shown.
 
Helpful Hints
Remember if you are planning to wear under-gloves as well, you may want to go up a size for comfort.
If you fall in-between sizes, choose the larger one.

It does have a thermal liner but it is not winter weight so for colder days you'll either want to use a pair of inner gloves or have another pair of winter gloves. Fits great, feels comfortable and a great price point for all the benefits of Gore-Tex.
