Q1: Can you give me any technical fitting before I buy?
A: Of course we can - that's what we're famous for!
    We specialise in giving you the very best advice to make sure your purchase meets your specific needs, so try any of the following:
    • Give any member of our team of experienced bikers a call on +44 (0)1438 317038 - ask for them by name if you want - or email them using our contact details
    • Go to our extensive fitting section, where we have made every effort to carefully explain all you need to know to get the right fit for every product and brand
    • Take a look at explanatory text, and tabs including: 'our opinion', tech specs, customer reviews and manufacturer details on every product page
    • Watch the many videos we have shot explaining the pros and cons of different products, you can even browse our YouTube channel
    • Or see our products arranged by ride-style, so you can find our recommendations for products that suit your style of riding, even if you're new to motorbiking!
Q2: I can't find what I am looking for, how can I find out if you sell it?
A: Give us a call or email us!
    We have a massive stock at our store in Stevenage - enough to fill 7 showrooms, not all of it is on our website, and even if we don't have it in stock we can order it specially for you - just ask!
Q3: Can I return items if they don't fit, or if I change my mind?
A: Yes you can!
    You can return any item within 90 days and we will be pleased to replace the item or offer a full refund

Q4: Which countries do you deliver to?
A: Almost all!

Q5: How much will my order cost to deliver?
A: Nothing! If your order is over £25, for delivery to the UK Mainland
    You can very easily find out how much your delivery will cost. Just add the items you want to the Shopping Basket and go to Checkout (don't worry, you can change or cancel at anytime - no order is placed until you say so!)
    Then enter your country, and the delivery options and their costs will be displayed from standard to express courier delivery
Q6: How long will my delivery take to arrive?
A: Depends on what delivery option you choose
    All orders placed by 15:00 on a working day will be processed that day or, if the shop is closed, the very next working day
    The standard delivery option - in most cases completely free - will normally take 2 to 3 working days for UK mainland deliveries, 3 working days elsewhere in the UK and Europe, or 4 or more working days to other countries
Q7: Are there any finance options available?
A: Absolutely!
    We are now able to offer you Interest Free (0%) finance to help spread the costs of your purchases for up to 12 months. Depending upon the amount you spend, there are options for you to choose the deposit and the length from 10% deposit to 12 months
