ACF-50 Motorcycle Gear

As your motorcycle is your pride and joy, you want to protect it as best you can. So if your bike starts to show signs of corrosion on its metal surfaces, that’s a major problem.

That’s why it’s best to nip this potentially major problem in the bud before the damaging chemical reactions that cause metallic corrosion set in.

At Bike Stop, we stock excellent ACF-50 sprays that will help you keep your motorcycle looking as it should.

Keep Corrosion at Bay

Corrosion on a motorbike is generally caused by things such as road salts and water molecules causing damage to metallic surfaces.

ACF-50 helps protects against any new corrosion. That means that your bike can continue to look fantastic regardless of what weathers and conditions you’ve been riding in.

ACF-50 forms a layer of clear film on the bike’s surfaces, helping to kill off existing corrosion cells. This film can neutralise potentially damaging road salts and will turn water particles into ‘beads’ that then bounce off the surface on impact.

Any water and moisture that has found its way into cracks and gaps in the bike will be dispersed by the ACF-50 once applied. This is particularly important for when your bike is stored away during the winter months, as any potential damage from water and moisture build-up will be minimised.

ACF-50 is a lubricant and penetrant, but doesn’t loosen any structural attachments. As such, a little ACF-50 on a motorbike goes a long way, so don’t miss out on the chance to protect your motorbike year-round. It can be cleaned off in the summer months and then applied to a clean bike again in winter to maximise its benefits.
