Gore-Tex Rukka Motorcycle Jackets

"Gore-Tex" is a very clever patented breathable PTFE membrane that with 9 billion pores per square inch allows air to pass through but not water. When used in clothing it therefore provides the ultimate combination of 100% waterproof, windproof and breathable. There are two main types regular and "Pro Shell" the latter is where the Gore-Tex is laminated to the outer layer of clothing and has the advantage of water not penetrating or wetting and loading up the garment at all. It's almost like "shake-dry".
