The centered position of the mount means your helmet isn’t off balance as it would be with a side mount, and the weight of the camera is close to the center of gravity.

How To Use
•Keep the stock mouthpiece in the helmet
•Do not attach the camera until mount is installed
•Push mount straight into helmet mouthpiece
•Listen for audible click when tabs seat into place
•Confirm top and bottom tabs are fully seated
•For camera install, use existing cap nut and thumb screw from camera
•To remove, place thumb on helmet nose and index finger under tab
•Pull tab up and back while pushing thumb against helmet nose
